Never Talk Negative About Yourself
The goal is to stop letting negative self-talk become normal. No more casually calling yourself stupid, weak, ugly, broke, lazy, hopeless, behind, ruined, or not enough. Even if the thought feels small, repeated self-disrespect trains the mind to accept a lower identity.
clean_self_talk.standard
This program builds clean internal language. The mind listens to repeated labels. If the language is always negative, the system starts treating disrespect as identity. The goal is not fake positivity. The goal is accurate, disciplined self-talk: name the problem, reject the insult, choose the next move.
I do not insult the person I am building. I can be honest without being cruel. The problem gets named, the lesson gets extracted, and the next move gets chosen.
No self-insults. Fix the move, not the identity.
Catch one negative self-label, rewrite it into a clean correction, then complete one proof action that supports the better identity.
sudo install --priority=critical clean_self_talk.standard && block self_insult_commands
The system is preventing self-insults from being written into the identity layer. Problems can be logged, but destructive labels do not get permission to rename the user.
Replace the insult with an accurate bug report. Then run one repair command.
Execution sequence
-
01
Catch the insult
Notice the exact negative label. Do not let it pass as normal background noise.
-
02
Separate identity from behavior
A bad choice, bad mood, missed task, awkward moment, or setback is behavior. It is not your whole identity.
-
03
Rewrite it accurately
Replace the insult with a useful correction: what happened, what it means, and what needs to improve.
-
04
Choose one proof action
Do one thing that supports the better identity: clean, train, hydrate, work, plan, walk, repair, or reset.
-
05
Protect the standard
Say: I can be honest without being cruel. No self-insults while building.
